MISSION STATEMENT

We believe that one of the best gifts you can give someone is peace of mind. When you make the decision to visit Bloom Where You're Planted Farm, we want you to have peace of mind that you will be warmly welcomed and have a fun and authentic experience at a good value. We think our setting, staff and activities will leave you relaxed and happy with a wealth of fond memories of a day well spent.

​To find our peace, we like to get out in nature, and we want to make sure everyone has that same opportunity for years to come. For every $100 in retail sales, one tree will be planted in a national forest through the National Forest Foundation's Sapling Program.
​
Additionally, you can't find peace of mind if you are food insecure. Therefore, a percentage of all pumpkin and produce sales is donated to local food pantries.
About Us
Farm kids and high school sweethearts, we purchased Teresa's grandparents' farm in 2003. Two years later we opened a pumpkin patch/agritourism venue while continuing to work our "real" jobs (Teresa a museum director and Terry a self-employed builder/remodeler). We sold antiques and vintage items in the barn during pumpkin season, and started hosting a vintage + handmade vendor market and traveling to sell at other shows in 2013.

Eventually our love of junk and farm life got the best of us and we gave up our real jobs. We now dedicate all our time to hunting for, fixing up and selling vintage goods, raising pumpkins, and hosting visitors to the farm at our vintage markets and during pumpkin season.
